Vaccine Schedule App is a compact guide on latest immunization recommendations, for health care workers. Please note that since the recommendations on I keep changing, we put our best efforts to keep the app updated. But still there might be something outdated, therefore it is advisable to confirm the guidelines before using them in practicing.
Main features of the app are:
* National Immunization Programme of India.
* Immunization Time Table of Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP).
* Recommendations of IAP on use of each vaccine.
* 2017 recommendations on Immunization of children and adolescents in United States (source: CDC)
* It provides detailed description about the dosage, usage and catch up vaccination for each of the vaccines.
* Additionally there is information about certain vaccines which are not included in the vaccination schedule and vaccines which are to be given only to certain high risk individuals.
* There also is a section on frequently asked questions for families. It will be updated time to time whenever there is any change in the vaccination schedule.
Expect WHO recommendations on Immunization in future updates.
